If you’re new to coaching and you’re not sure how coaching with myself could support you, or you’d like to know what it’s like to work with me then this is a great starter package.
Within these sessions you are welcome to either work with a power plan of action which focuses on one overall aspect or a few mini themes from your personal life or career or you can choose to work more naturally on a session to session basis and see what emerges.
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:
An optional and initial 15 minutes discovery call to find out how coaching could support the client either personally or professionally
A questionnaire to support the client to begin thinking around their goals, challenges, achievements and what they would like to explore within the coaching journey.
6 Face-to-face or Online fortnightly sessions across 3 months (or if pre-arranged and preciously discussed, 6 sessions spread across another agreed timeframe i.e. weekly)
An optional miniature co-created coaching power plan to help the client plan their short-term and long-term goals, possible actions, challenges to work through and considerations to work through whilst coaching takes place (tailored to the client’s individual needs)
Alternatively the client can choose to work organically i.e. see what emerges and choose what they want to focus on either prior to or within each session instead of having a plan.Acknowledging and working through those limiting beliefs which hold you back from moving forwards.
An optional review halfway through the package or whenever is needed throughout the process.
Once a week touch-base email contact to check-in (this is not compulsory but is optional)
Coaching questions or tools to help the client to think around and approach situations.
